TCL SMART TV upgrade the apps such as the YouTube

Hi

I have a TCL tv made in china. I has nothing wrong but, I want to upgrade the apps such as the YouTube

internet browser. and install IPTV on it. I did update the firmware from v21 to v23 throw the USB. but the apps dose not change or updated. tell me what I have to do and how to update the apps and install IPTV.
